Packsilogan is built around one promise: your money is safe until you say so. Here's exactly how every transaction works.
How buying works
1 · You pay
Pay with GCash, Maya, or your bank card via PayMongo. Your money lands in escrow — neither the seller nor Packsilogan can spend it yet.
2 · Seller ships
The seller is notified, ships your card, and posts a tracking number. You can see the courier and tracking in your account.
3 · You confirm
Once the package arrives, you confirm receipt and the funds release to the seller. If you don't take any action within 5 days, escrow auto-releases.
How escrow protects you
Funds are held by PayMongo, a Philippine-licensed payment processor. Packsilogan never sees your card or wallet credentials.
A 5-day auto-release clock starts when the seller marks shipped. If something is wrong, raise a dispute before the clock runs out.
Disputes are reviewed manually. We side with whichever party has the documented truth — tracking, screenshots, packaging photos. Email support@packsilogan.com with evidence.
Verified Seller badge
Verified sellers have proven their identity, completed at least a handful of transactions on the platform without disputes, and honored their shipping commitments. We grant the badge by hand — no automation, no pay-to-verify.

What we don't do
- We don't inflate prices to match international FX. Packsilogan is a Philippine market with Philippine pricing.
- We don't hide seller fees from you. The price you see is the price you pay (PayMongo's processing fee is shown explicitly at checkout).
- We don't share your card or e-wallet details with sellers. Sellers see your shipping address only after the order is paid.
- We don't auto-resolve disputes. A real person reviews every one.
