Child Safety Standards
Last updated: July 24, 2026
These standards apply to Cardex Vault and Packsilogan Marketplace, published by Trippr Travel (“we”, “us”). We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) anywhere on our services.
1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including the creation, upload, storage, sharing, solicitation, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), is strictly prohibited on Cardex Vault, Packsilogan Marketplace, and every service we operate. This includes any sexualized content, grooming, sextortion, trafficking, or endangerment involving anyone under the age of 18.
Accounts that engage in, attempt, or facilitate any of the above are permanently banned, and we report violations to the appropriate authorities.
2. Prohibited conduct
- Uploading, sharing, linking to, or requesting CSAM in any form.
- Sexualizing, grooming, or soliciting a minor, or attempting to do so.
- Sextortion, trafficking, or any endangerment or exploitation of a minor.
- Using our images, listings, binders, comments, or messaging to distribute or seek such content.
3. How we detect and respond (addressing CSAM)
When CSAE or CSAM is reported or detected, we:
- Review the report promptly and remove violating content and accounts.
- Permanently ban the responsible account(s) and any linked accounts.
- Preserve relevant evidence as required by law.
- Report to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via its CyberTipline and to the Philippine authorities (PNP Women and Children Protection Center / NBI), and cooperate with law enforcement.
4. In-app reporting and user feedback
Every user can report content or another user from within the app. Public content (binders, insert designs, comments, listings, and shop pages) includes a report/flag option, and users can also contact us directly at the address below. Reports concerning child safety are prioritized and actioned by our Trust & Safety team.
5. Child safety point of contact
To report a child-safety concern, or for questions about these standards, contact our child-safety point of contact:
If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
6. Legal compliance
We comply with all applicable child-safety laws and regulations, including the Philippine Anti-Child Pornography Act (Republic Act No. 9775), the Anti-Online Sexual Abuse or Exploitation of Children (OSAEC) Act (Republic Act No. 11930), and applicable reporting obligations such as U.S. 18 U.S.C. § 2258A (reporting to NCMEC). We also follow Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy.
