PACKSILOGAN

The Pokémon TCG Marketplace

Terms of Service

Last updated: May 30, 2026

Plain summary. Packsilogan is a Philippine marketplace for Pokémon TCG cards. Buyers pay through PayMongo escrow; sellers ship; funds release on confirmation or after 5 days. We hold sellers to their listings and protect buyers from obvious bad-faith behavior. We're not a party to your transaction with another user.

1. Who we are

Packsilogan (“we”, “us”, the “Platform”) is a Philippine-based online marketplace operated for the Pokémon TCG community. We provide listing tools, escrow-backed checkout, dispute review, and seller payouts. We are not a party to the sale: each transaction is between a buyer and a seller user account.

2. Eligibility & accounts
  • You must be 18 or older, or have a parent/guardian operating the account on your behalf, to place orders or open a shop.
  • One person, one account. Multiple shops under one account are allowed; multiple accounts to evade dispute decisions are not.
  • You can sign in with an email magic link, an email + password, or link a Facebook or Discord account. Linked sign-in providers are managed from Account Settings. Keep at least one sign-in method attached or you may lose access to your account.
  • You're responsible for activity under your account. Keep credentials private and report compromise to trust@packsilogan.com.
3. Listings & seller obligations

By creating a listing you confirm that:

  • You own the item or are authorized to sell it.
  • The listing — title, condition, set, photos, price — is accurate and not misleading.
  • You will ship within your stated handling window after the order is paid.
  • You will respond to dispute messages within 3 business days. Silent sellers lose disputes by default.
  • Card condition follows TCG community-standard grades (MT, NM, LP, MP, HP, DM). Material misrepresentation is grounds for refund and, on repeat behavior, removal.
4. Buying, payments & escrow
  • All payments are processed by PayMongo. Packsilogan does not store your card or e-wallet credentials. Some sellers also accept manual off-platform payment with a screenshot upload; that path is reviewed by the seller (and, if disputed, by us).
  • Payments are held in escrow and released to the seller when (a) you confirm receipt, or (b) 5 days pass after the seller adds shipping tracking, whichever is first. An order with no shipping information on file does not auto-release; the 5-day clock starts when tracking is entered.
  • Disputes opened during the escrow window pause auto-release until resolved.
  • Preorder lines pay a deposit at checkout; the balance is invoiced when the seller is ready to ship. If the seller cannot fulfill, the deposit is refunded. When a seller publishes a per-preorder allocation percentage, your delivered units are computed against that percentage and any shortfall is refunded.
  • If you have multiple open orders from the same shop, you can ask the seller to bundle and stash them for a single shipment. The 5-day auto-release is paused for stashed orders until the buyer releases the bundle.
5. Auctions
  • Bids are binding. Place them with intent to pay.
  • Each new bid must beat the current high bid by at least the auction's increment.
  • A buyout, if available, ends the auction immediately.
  • Some auctions carry a reserve price: if the highest bid at the end of the auction is below reserve, no winner is declared and the seller may relist. The reserve amount itself is never shown to bidders, but the page indicates whether the reserve has been met.
  • Auctions auto-extend by 5 minutes when a bid lands in the final 5 minutes (anti-snipe). Watchers and the current high bidder receive an in-app + email notification before the auction ends.
  • On auction end, the winning bidder is invoiced. Failure to pay within 48 hours forfeits the win and may result in account review.
  • Sellers can cancel an active auction. Existing bidders and watchers are notified; bids are voided.
6. Fees
  • Buyer: there is no service fee on top of the listed price. PayMongo's processing fee is shown explicitly at checkout and is paid by the buyer.
  • Seller: ₱5 flat fee plus 1% of the marketplace sale per transaction. Preorder deposits are not charged a fee — only the balance payment is.
  • Listing is free. No subscriptions. We may introduce premium tools in the future; you'll be told before any fee change applies to your account.
7. Shipping
  • Sellers post the courier and tracking number when shipping. Buyers see this on their order page and via email.
  • Lost or significantly delayed packages should be reported during the 5-day escrow window.
  • International shipping is allowed but the seller is responsible for declarations and customs handling. We do not mediate customs disputes.
8. Disputes & refunds
  • Open a dispute through the order page or by emailing disputes@packsilogan.com within the escrow window.
  • We review evidence from both sides. Outcomes are typically communicated within 3 business days.
  • Eligible refunds: not received, materially different from the listing, damaged in transit. Buyer's remorse is not a refund ground.
9. Tournaments
  • Tournament registration is binding. You commit to playing your scheduled rounds, reporting results promptly, and following the organizer's format and code of conduct.
  • Match results are entered by the players involved; the organizer (or, where the organizer is unavailable, an admin) may override stuck or disputed matches at their discretion.
  • Conceding, no-showing, or dropping mid-event may be reported on the public standings. Repeat no-shows may be restricted from future tournament registrations.
  • Tournaments may have an entry fee, prize pool, and venue policies set by the organizer. Packsilogan is not the organizer of community-run events unless explicitly stated; we provide the tooling.
10. Hunts, raffles & store credits
  • Hunts (e.g. the Pokéball Hunt) are promotional events where users redeem codes for store credit or other prizes. Codes are valid only during their stated release window and only while quantities last. Codes are single-use per account.
  • Store credits earned through hunts, share-bonuses, or other promotional means are non-transferable, non-redeemable for cash, and may only be applied to purchases on Packsilogan. We may expire unused credits with reasonable notice.
  • Any abuse of hunt mechanics (multiple accounts, bot redemption, forged share verification) forfeits earned credits and may result in account suspension.
  • We may end, pause, or change the terms of a hunt at any time. Where credits have already been earned and not yet spent, we will honor them under the rules in effect when they were earned.
11. Community features
  • Looking For (LF) posts let buyers request a specific card. Sellers can offer matching listings. Accepting an LF offer creates a transaction on the same escrow terms as a normal Buy Now.
  • Saved decks are private by default. You can choose to publish a deck at/decks/[slug]; the deck's card list and your username become public. You can unpublish at any time.
  • Master set / Pokédex tracking is private to your account. Sharing your trainer profile reveals aggregate completion stats; we do not expose individual card-by-card ownership without your action.
  • Order messages are visible to the buyer, the seller, and Packsilogan staff (for dispute review). Don't use order messages to solicit off-platform payment; doing so forfeits escrow protection and may result in account review.
12. Prohibited items & behavior

The following are not allowed on Packsilogan:

  • Counterfeit, proxied, or unauthorized reprints sold as authentic cards.
  • Stolen items, items obtained through fraud, or items the seller does not have authority to sell.
  • Off-platform solicitation. Sellers asking buyers to pay outside the platform forfeit escrow protection and may be removed.
  • Bid shilling, fake reviews, or coordinated price manipulation.
  • Harassment of users or staff. We will warn, suspend, then ban for this.
13. Verified Seller badge

The Verified Seller badge is granted at our discretion to shops with a clean transaction history, identity confirmed, and consistent shipping. It is not a guarantee of any particular outcome on a given transaction.

14. Intellectual property

“Pokémon” and related marks are property of Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, and Game Freak. Packsilogan is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Listings on the platform are user-supplied; we remove infringing material on request.

15. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by Philippine law, Packsilogan's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the platform is limited to the fees we collected on the transaction in question, or ₱5,000 if no fees were collected. We are not liable for loss of profit, indirect, or consequential damages.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on-platform; continued use of Packsilogan after the change is acceptance of the updated terms.

17. Governing law & disputes with us

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute with Packsilogan that cannot be resolved informally is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila.
